Sunil Gunaratne

Sunil Gunaratne was born in Sri Lanka and has been dynamic businessman all his life whilst pursuing bird and wildlife photography as a hobby for the past forty five years.

Part of his esteemed collection in this book showcases the actual physical appearance of birds found in many parts of the island. His photography particularly concentrates on capturing the very authentic, life like presence of all feathered species as they are seen in their natural, avaailable light. his acclaimed nature photography has been praised by many critics and journalists around the world. 

 

Sunil Gunaratne now lives with his wife Lathifar and two children in Auckland, New Zealand.
